- Shift: Day shift, 10 hours (06:45 - 17:15)
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; Saturday rotation every 5th-6th week
- Hours per Week: 40
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,080 - $2,230
- Charting System: Epic
- Setting: Diagnostic imaging in a large, well-established hospital environment
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Radiology / X-Ray experience required
- ARRT (R) certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Active Wisconsin Radiographer license required
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
- Epic charting experience required
- Level II trauma experience required; Level I trauma experience preferred
- Strong skills in diagnostic imaging and portable X-ray procedures
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and make sound clinical decisions
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray exams on patients of all ages, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations
- Operate radiographic equipment, detectors, computers, and image-processing systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Complete bedside and portable radiology procedures as needed
- Support trauma, inpatient, outpatient, ICU, OR, and emergency imaging workflows
- Troubleshoot basic equipment and image-processing issues
- Participate in quality assurance activities and maintain imaging standards
- Follow radiation safety practices and infection prevention protocols
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care while accommodating physical limitations and complex clinical needs
