Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Stepdown | Vineland, New Jersey
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week Cardiac Stepdown travel nursing assignment in Vineland, NJ. This on-site acute care opportunity is ideal for an RN with strong telemetry, cardiac monitoring, and patient assessment skills who is passionate about high-quality cardiac patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience required
- Recent experience in Cardiac Stepdown, telemetry, or a comparable acute care setting preferred
- Active RN license in good standing
- Strong cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and patient assessment skills
- Ability to work effectively during 12-hour night shifts in a collaborative clinical environment
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Cardiac Stepdown and telemetry setting
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and patient status changes, escalating concerns as appropriate
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and clinical protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support safe, effective acute care patient care
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and discharge needs
- Support a patient-centered environment focused on quality, safety, and compassionate care
