Job Description

Respiratory Care Navigator | Part-Time (16-20 Hours per Week)

Are you a respiratory therapist (nurses considered) looking for a more rewarding, relationship-focused role outside of traditional hospital or facility-based care? We’re excited to partner with a reputable and rapidly growing healthcare organization that delivers advanced respiratory care and patient support across the care continuum.

They are seeking respiratory clinicians to join their Clinical Team—a role centered on patient education, clinical guidance, and ongoing respiratory support rather than fast-paced acute-care responsibilities.

About the Role

This position features a unique model, allowing you to work with patients both in the clinic and through scheduled home visits. respiratory therapists in this role support patients across Central West Virginia by:

  • Providing hands-on education about respiratory equipment

  • Offering ongoing clinical guidance and respiratory support

  • Helping patients confidently manage their care at home and during in-clinic visits

  • This meaningful work allows you to build strong patient relationships while enjoying a balanced, flexible, and engaging work environment.

What Makes This Role Stand Out
  • Part-time schedule (16-20 hours per week)

  • Hybrid split: home visits + in-clinic appointments

  • Meaningful, one-on-one patient interaction

  • Non-clinical role focused on education, equipment support, and care continuity

  • No prior home-care respiratory experience required—extensive training provided!

    What We're Looking For

  • Active West Virginia respiratory therapist credential / state licensure

  • Strong communication and patient education skills

  • Compassionate, patient-centered mindset

  • Interest in a more rewarding respiratory care role outside traditional hospital settings

    Why This Role Is Different

This opportunity provides greater autonomy, predictable scheduling, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes—without the stress and burnout associated with high-acuity respiratory care environments.

If you're a respiratory therapist seeking flexibility, work–life balance, and the chance to truly connect with patients, we’d love to share more!
