Required Qualifications — ER Nurse / Emergency Department (ED)

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or valid compact RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room (ER) / Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour evening shifts as a travel nurse
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities — ER Registered Nurse (Travel RN)

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, triage, and treat patients with a wide range of acute and urgent medical conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, perform emergency procedures, and monitor patient status
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and efficiently in the medical record
• Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families during critical moments
