• Hours: 36 hours/week
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Weekend Requirement (per posting): Every other weekend
• Estimated Weekly Gross Pay (36 hours): $2,300–$2,400
• Estimated Weekly Gross Pay (48 hours): $3,000–$3,100

Job Requirements (ER Nurse Qualifications)

• License: Active New Jersey RN license or compact RN license (multistate)
• Experience: 2+ years of recent hospital-based Emergency Room (ER) / Emergency Department (ED) RN experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Skills: Emergency Department (ED) / Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Schedule: Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend as scheduled

Responsibilities (Emergency Room RN)

• Provide professional RN care for patients presenting to the Emergency Department in alignment with unit policies and standards of practice
• Coordinate care with the ED team to support safe, efficient patient throughput
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support safe, effective care
• Complete required documentation accurately and in accordance with facility guidelines
