Registered Nurse (RN) Homecare Travel Nurse opportunity in Denver, CO (80222) — 13-week travel contract; Home Health experience preferred.

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,980 - $2,300 (competitive travel nurse pay)
- Location: Denver, CO (80222) — Denver nursing job / Colorado healthcare job
- Employment Type: Travel Contract (Travel Nurse / Home Health Nurse)
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours per Week: 36
- Shift Schedule: 8-hour day shifts (typically 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), 5 shifts per week
- On Call/Weekend Requirement: One weekend per month and PRN through the week
- Mileage Reimbursement: Mileage between patient visits is reimbursed
- Dress Code: Any scrubs
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or compact nursing license
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience preferred)
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred
- Skills in wound care and wound vac management highly desirable (Home Health / wound care nurse)
Responsibilities
- Perform patient visits and deliver compassionate, high-quality care in the home setting as a Home Health Nurse
- Provide specialized wound care and manage wound vac therapy when indicated
- Coordinate patient care with office staff, interdisciplinary team members, physicians, and referral sources
- Attend daily stand-up/stand-down meetings, case conferences, and required training sessions
- Maintain accurate documentation in HCHB and meet productivity expectations for travel nursing / homecare assignments
