Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Travel Assignment in North Easton/Quincy, MA. 13-week contract, 40 hrs/week. Join our dedicated homecare nursing team and make a meaningful impact on patient lives across the Quincy area.

Home Health RN Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,180 - $2,540
- Location: North Easton, MA (serving Quincy area) — Massachusetts nursing job
- Employment Type: Travel Contract (Homecare / Home Health RN)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Shift Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday–Friday (5 shifts per week)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- On Call/Weekend Requirement: None
- Mileage Reimbursement: Between visits only (not to first or from last patient)
- Dress Code: Professional attire, any scrub color
Job Requirements (Homecare / Home Health RN)
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health or homecare experience preferred)
- Proficiency with OASIS documentation and experience with home health EMR systems
- Ability to manage a caseload independently as a home health nurse / travel nurse
- Excellent communication, patient education, and organizational skills
- BLS required (or as specified by agency)
Responsibilities — Homecare Nursing / Home Health RN
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the Quincy area as a Home Health RN
- Complete OASIS assessments and documentation accurately and on time
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and preventive care
- Maintain professional standards and comply with Massachusetts home health regulations
