Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,190 - $2,550
• Location: Richmond, KY (40475) — Richmond, Kentucky travel nursing / home health role
• Employment Type: Travel Contract (Travel RN / Travel Nursing)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Shift Schedule: 8-hour days, 5 shifts per week
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• On Call / Weekend Requirement: Minimal – 1 day a week and 1 weekend a month
• Dress Code: Royal Blue / Black scrubs
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes — mileage reimbursed between visits (from first patient to last patient)

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active RN license (compact license accepted if applicable)
• Minimum 3 years of home health nursing experience (Home Health Nurse, Homecare RN)
• Minimum 3 years of OASIS documentation experience
• Strong communication, care coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and perform patient education

Responsibilities — Home Health RN / Travel RN

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, delivering high-quality, compassionate homecare services
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and complete OASIS documentation accurately and timely
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication administration, wound care, and health maintenance
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records per home health standards
• Participate in minimal on-call and weekend coverage as required
