Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania, or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; infusion experience preferred
- Strong IV skills and knowledge of infusion therapies and IV medication administration
- Excellent patient assessment, clinical documentation, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Responsibilities
- Administer infusion therapies and perform IV therapy safely, monitoring patient responses and reactions
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate patients and families about infusion procedures, side-effect monitoring, and home care
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Follow facility policies, infection control, and safety protocols to maintain a compliant clinical environment
