- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 – $2,130
- Schedule: Every other weekend & every other holiday required
- Floating: Required between RMC and Hopewell campuses; will float to any MST unit or ED Holds as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent MST or ER nursing experience required (triage, acute care, ED Holds experience preferred)
- Active New Jersey (NJ) RN license or Compact RN license at time of submission
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Flu vaccine required (no declinations accepted)
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred (EMR documentation and charting skills)
- Professional appearance required: navy blue scrubs
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room and MST units, including ED Holds and acute/triage care
- Float between RMC and Hopewell campuses and across MST/ED Holds as needed (float pool nursing)
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans for emergency and acute patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, advanced practice providers, techs, and ancillary services) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Cerner EMR and adhere to charting standards
- Follow hospital policies including attendance, shift make-up requirements, and infection control protocols
