• Compensation: Estimated weekly pay: Minimum $2,790 per week, Maximum $2,930 per week

Job Requirements — ICU RN / Critical Care Nurse

• Experience: ICU/MICU nursing experience preferred (no minimum years required)
• License: Active RN license required (New Jersey RN license)
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, rapid assessment, ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring experience, and comfort managing high-acuity adult patients
• Availability: Ability to work consistent 12-hour night shifts throughout the 12-week travel assignment
• Professionalism: Reliable attendance, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented approach with interdisciplinary MICU staff
• Documentation: Experience documenting interventions and outcomes accurately in the EMR

Responsibilities — Medical ICU (MICU) RN

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill adults in the Medical ICU (MICU)
• Monitor patient status, vital signs, invasive lines, and response to therapies
• Administer medications, titrate IV drips, and manage infusion pumps per protocol
• Assist with ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and acute interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in the EMR
• Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures; maintain safety and infection prevention standards
