Job Description
Business Analyst – Leave Administration & Accommodation Specialist in Bala Cynwyd, PA (Remote)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst for a 13-week opportunity supporting leave administration, ADA accommodations, and employee relations within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This primarily remote role includes initial onsite reporting in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania for equipment pickup. Located just outside Philadelphia, Bala Cynwyd offers a convenient Main Line setting with easy access to city amenities, professional opportunities, and a welcoming suburban atmosphere.

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in business analysis, leave administration, HR operations, HR compliance, or a related field
- Diploma required
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws and regulations, including ADA accommodations
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume healthcare environment
- Experience with HRIS and leave management software systems preferred
- Healthcare, hospital, or academic medical center experience preferred
- Familiarity with Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania leave laws preferred
- Experience collaborating with legal counsel on ADA or leave cases preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer employee leaves and accommodations in compliance with applicable laws, healthcare policies, and internal procedures
- Manage ADA and accommodation caseloads, guiding the interactive process and coordinating reasonable accommodations
- Review and analyze medical documentation to determine eligibility, leave status, and next steps
- Maintain accurate case documentation in leave tracking systems and HRIS platforms
- Process approvals, denials, and extensions in a timely and compliant manner
- Communicate case decisions and expectations clearly to employees, managers, HR partners, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and employment regulations
