Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Telemetry nursing experience strongly preferred
- Oncology nursing experience required, including competency in administering chemotherapy
- ONS certification or OCN certification required
- ACLS certification required
- EPIC charting experience required
- Ability to hang complex chemotherapy medications
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, attentive telemetry nursing care for patients during 12-hour night shifts
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, assess changes in patient condition, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Administer chemotherapy and support oncology patient care with accuracy and confidence
- Document nursing care and manage patient information in EPIC
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
- Follow unit protocols, safety standards, and best practices for complex medication administration
- Complete required chemotherapy modules and unit-based onboarding as needed
